Shipping policy

Processing and Shipping, all orders received prior to 4 p.m. Eastern time will be processed and shipped the same day, Monday to Friday, the exceptions being:

1) out of stock items, at which time the customer will be contacted and offered an alternative and

2) Statuary holidays, these orders will be shipping during the next work day.

In Store pick up, orders can also be picked up in store, orders must be placed and paid for online. Select which iPhix location is to be used as the shipped to address for In Store pick upon checkout. Once order is received customer will be contacted to inform them that their order is ready for pick up. Processing and shipping time mentioned above also apply to In Store pick up. Pick up times will be dependent on store hours.

Typical Delivery Delay, you can expect delivery within 1 - 3 business days after placing your order, expect longer delays for remote parts of Canada. Our international customer can expect 3 - 10 days delivery time via Canada Post small packet service

This shipping option is applicable for all orders in Canada shipped via next day Purolator delivery, with tracking information and email notifications. Shipping is not waived for free promotional items. International orders shipping cost will be determined upon checkout.
